Alright, I'm officially signed up to get hooked up on Friday morning. In two days, I'll have "teh internets" at home. I'm already excited, despite my paranoia about viruses and such.
That's one more goal I can check off, now there's only one to go for this week.

...Wait, so...you had to go to the website...which is on the internet...in order to have internet service...is that like calling the phone company to have your service activated?
It's a near miss from needing you new pocket knife to open its own impossible to open plastic packaging.

Don't worry, Whit, I'm opting to have someone else install it all for me, and I'm sure said person will be well equipped to handle plastic packaging. Or, at least, one would hope.
If you're worried about virii and you're poor like me, head over to AVG and download their free edition of software... just make sure to keep it updated. :)
